About Us

We turn fragmented information into decision-ready intelligence.

GSA Systems Lab is a product and intelligence studio focused on building systems that help organisations see what is happening, understand why it matters and decide what to do next.

Our starting point
What are you trying to understand or decide — and what evidence would make that decision better?

We start with the decision, then work backwards to the information, evidence and system needed to support it.

From data to decision

We start with the decision, not the dashboard.

More data does not automatically produce better decisions.

Useful information is often scattered across platforms, systems, documents, operational activity and people. Sometimes the most important information has never been systematically captured at all.

Our work starts by defining what needs to be known, identifying the evidence that already exists, and finding the gaps between information and action.

From there, we design products and intelligence systems that can collect, structure, connect and interpret the right signals.

The objective is not simply more data. It is usable intelligence.

The problems we like to solve

Different industries. The same intelligence problem.

We are interested in situations where useful signals exist, but they are fragmented, under-measured or disconnected from the decisions they could improve.

01 · SPORTS & COMMERCIAL INTELLIGENCE

Turning attention into evidence.

Digital attention around sport is fragmented across social platforms, media coverage, fan activity and club-owned channels. We explore how those signals can become intelligence around digital performance, emerging narratives, fan attention, sponsor value and commercial opportunity.

SignalScout is our first product in this space, built specifically for the NPFL.
02 · RIGHTS & USAGE INTELLIGENCE

Moving from detection to action.

Creative and intellectual-property owners increasingly need to understand where work is being used, whether that use matters commercially and what action should follow. We explore systems that structure evidence, qualify opportunity, prioritise cases and support a clearer path from detection to decision.

The useful question is not only “Was something detected?” but “What does the evidence justify doing next?”
03 · OPERATIONAL INTELLIGENCE

Making everyday operations measurable.

Physical operations generate useful information every day without always turning it into reliable operational evidence. We explore how asset, movement, service-delivery, field-activity and performance data can improve planning, accountability, resource allocation and investment decisions.

Operational data becomes valuable when it can show what happened, where, why and what should change.
How we think

Six questions shape the system.

The result might be an intelligence platform, data product, workflow, monitoring system or a new way of measuring an operation. The questions stay remarkably consistent.

01

What needs to be known?

Define the decision, outcome or uncertainty the system must help resolve.

02

What evidence already exists?

Find the useful signals already present across systems, people, platforms and activity.

03

What is missing?

Identify the evidence gaps that prevent reliable comparison, accountability or action.

04

How can it be captured reliably?

Design the data, product and operational mechanisms that create trustworthy records.

05

What does it actually mean?

Connect raw information to context, patterns, risk, opportunity and measurable value.

06

What action should follow?

Make the intelligence useful enough to support a clear next move.

Our principle: make information useful enough to change what happens next.

Technology serves the intelligence

We build the complete system — not just the model.

AI, automation and modern software are useful when they improve the ability to collect, classify, connect and analyse information at scale.

But technology alone does not create intelligence. Useful systems also require reliable evidence, context, thoughtful product design, appropriate controls, human judgement and a clear connection to the decision being made.

Data + Technology + People + Controls + Action

D

Data & evidence

Structured enough to support comparison and traceability.

P

Product & workflow

Designed around how people actually work and decide.

G

Governance & controls

Permissions, review, accountability and appropriate guardrails.

T

Technology & automation

Applied where it improves scale, speed or consistency.

A

Action

Intelligence tied to a real operational or commercial next step.

The people behind the products

Two disciplines. One product-building mindset.

GSA Systems Lab combines product, design, governance, security, strategy and technical delivery across the full lifecycle of an intelligence product.

01
Product Design & Technical Lead
Systems · Experience · Delivery

Leads the translation of product ideas into usable digital systems. Focuses on product architecture, user experience, technical implementation, integrations, automation and the infrastructure required to move an intelligence concept from idea to working product.

Works across the product lifecycle — from early design and prototyping through implementation, testing, security considerations and continuous improvement.

02
Project & Product Strategy Lead
Intelligence · Governance · Strategy

Leads problem definition, product strategy and the connection between data, business needs and operational decisions. Focuses on understanding how organisations work, identifying the evidence required to support better decisions and translating those needs into product requirements.

Also leads product positioning, governance and risk considerations, commercial use cases and the development of intelligence models that turn information into actionable recommendations.

Combined leadership across the complete product system.

Together, the GSA Systems Lab leadership combines product, design, governance, security, strategy and technical delivery. That allows us to approach a problem from both sides: understanding what the system needs to achieve and understanding how to make it work in practice.

SignalScout turns NPFL attention into intelligence.

Nigerian professional football generates enormous amounts of attention, conversation and digital activity. Much of that activity disappears without becoming usable evidence for clubs, the league or commercial partners.

GSA Systems Lab is building SignalScout to connect those signals to evidence, decisions and commercial opportunity.

SignalScout is where attention becomes intelligence.
